1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We usually process and ship orders within 48 working hours.
If your order contains customized silver jewellery, it may take a little longer.

2. What is the delivery timeline?

Our standard delivery time is 15–21 days, depending on your location.
If there are delays due to unforeseen reasons (logistics or natural events), we’ll notify you with the revised timeline.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yes, free shipping is available within India on orders above ₹2,499.

  • No, free shipping is not available on international orders or return shipments.

4. How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link on WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.

5. Will my order arrive in one package?

Not always. If your order contains personalized silver jewellery along with coins, the items may be shipped separately.

6. Do I need to provide ID proof at delivery?

Yes. For security and insurance purposes, our logistics partner may request a valid Government-issued ID of the recipient. Delivery will only be made to the verified person(s).

7. Are my shipments insured?

Yes. All shipments are sent through premium logistics services and are fully insured until they are delivered to you.

8. What is your return policy?

  • We offer a 7-day return policy on unused, unworn, and undamaged silver jewellery.

  • Silver coins and gold coins are non-returnable, except in cases of defective or spurious products.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with invoice, certificate, and tags intact.

9. How do I initiate a return?

  • You can raise a request on our website/app or contact our Customer Care team at 📞 +91 85114 03243 / ✉️ chandimahalbykk@gmail.com.

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable.

  • Please ensure you are available at the pickup address and answer calls from the delivery partner.

10. What if my PIN code is not serviceable for reverse pickup?

  • You’ll need to send the product via India Post or another courier.

  • We will reimburse up to ₹70 of the shipping cost.

  • If charges exceed ₹70, the balance will be deducted from your refund.

11. When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes Quality Control (QC) at our warehouse.

  • Refunds usually take 7–10 working days.

  • They are credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges, duties, and taxes paid at purchase are non-refundable.

12. What if my return parcel is missing some items?

If any jewellery item or free promotional gift (e.g., silver coin) is missing from your return, the MRP of the missing item will be deducted from your refund.

13. What if I receive an empty parcel or missing product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with a 360-degree unboxing video of the parcel.
Claims without sufficient evidence may be rejected.

14. Do you offer replacements or exchanges?

  • Yes, for silver jewellery only. You can request a replacement or exchange within 7 days, provided the product is unused and passes QC.

  • No exchanges or replacements are offered for silver or gold coins, except in case of defects.

15. Do you provide after-sales service?

Yes. After-sales service for silver jewellery is available within 7 days from the original service date.

  • Any extra charges will be informed via SMS/Email before proceeding.

  • By confirming, you agree to pay the applicable charges.

16. Which law governs your policies?

All purchases are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
