Shipping, Returns, Refunds & After-Sales Policy

Welcome to Chandi Mahal by KK Jewels. This Shipping and Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment, delivery, returns, refunds, exchanges, and after-sales service of products purchased through www.chandimahalbykk.com (“Website”), the Chandi Mahal mobile application, or Chandi Mahal Exclusive Stores.

By placing an order with us, you (“Customer”) agree to the terms below, which are binding under the applicable laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 working hours.

    • Personalized jewellery requires longer processing time.

    • If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, we may split shipments and deliver non-personalized items first.

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery takes 15–21 days, subject to normal working conditions. In case of unforeseen delays, you will be notified of revised timelines.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Free shipping within India for orders above ₹2,499.

    • International orders and returns do not qualify for free shipping.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.

  • Luxury & Insured Shipping: All shipments are handled through premium logistics services and are fully insured until delivery.

  • Identity Verification: For security and insurance purposes, we may request a valid Government ID of the recipient. Delivery will be made only to the verified individual(s).

2. Returns

  • Return Window: Customers may return unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Personalized/customized jewellery

    • Silver and Gold Coins

  • Return Process:

    • Initiate a return through our website/app or contact Chandi Mahal Customer Care at 📞 +91 85114 03243 / ✉️ chandimahalbykk@gmail.com.

    • Our team will arrange reverse pickup (subject to serviceability of your PIN code).

    • Products must be returned in original packaging with product tags, certificate, invoice, and accessories intact.

  • Acknowledgement: Customers will receive an SMS confirmation after pickup.

  • Quality Check: Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes Quality Control (QC) at our authorized service unit.

    • If QC fails (e.g., product shows signs of use, damage, tampering), the return will be rejected and the product sent back.

  • Missing Items in Returns: If a return parcel is missing any items (including promotional gifts or silver coins), the MRP of missing items will be deducted from the refund.

  • Empty Parcel / Missing Product: Customers must report such cases within 48 hours of delivery, along with a 360-degree unboxing video. Claims without sufficient proof or with visible tampering may be rejected.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be initiated only after products are received at our warehouse and cleared QC.

  • Refunds usually take 7–10 working days (depending on the payment method).

  • Shipping charges, duties, and taxes paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used.

4. Replacements & Exchanges

  • Customers may request replacement or exchange within 7 days, subject to the same conditions as returns.

  • Replacements will be shipped only after the original product is returned.

  • For gold coins, replacements will only be processed after safe receipt of the original product.

5. After-Sales Service

  • After-sales service requests will be accepted within 7 days from the original service date.

  • Any additional charges (if applicable) will be communicated via SMS or Email before proceeding.

  • By confirming a request, the Customer agrees to pay such additional charges.

6. Reverse Pickup & Serviceability

  • Customers must be available and answer calls from our delivery partner for reverse pickups. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of pickup, and the process will need to be re-initiated.

  • While most PIN codes are serviceable for both delivery and reverse pickup, in rare cases, only forward service is available.

    • In such cases, customers must send the return via India Post or another courier.

    • We will reimburse up to ₹70 of shipping charges. Any additional cost beyond ₹70 will be deducted from the refund.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
